As the majority of our candles can be made to order, please allow a turnover time of around 2-5 working days. In most cases we are able to dispatch in 48 hours. If you select the DPD Express Delivery option, this will be their 24-48 hours from the moment of dispatch, not moment of order confirmation.

Our current delivery options include: Free Standard Delivery (orders over £30), Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Standard Delivery (no tracking), Royal Mail Signed For, DHL (heavy orders only) and DPD (express courier).
We are based in the UK and can deliver nationwide.
We are also able to deliver worldwide and have set our prices accordingly. Please be aware during these difficult times, there may be delays or unexpected changes to service. There will also be VAT and import duties that will be have to be covered by yourself at point of delivery.
As our candles are handmade to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations unless there is a problem with the final product. Please contact us if you have any questions with your order.
Damages and Other Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
